Submitting a package request is only a request for review and does not guarantee acceptance, availability, timeline, or delivery.
We may accept, decline, pause, or discontinue discussions on any request at our sole discretion, with or without explanation.
By submitting a request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity, and are authorized to act on behalf of the relevant company or project.
You are solely responsible for all information, materials, credentials, repositories, and instructions you provide, including confirming that your data is lawful, accurate, and properly authorized.
We treat non-public project information shared during request review and service delivery as confidential and use it only for evaluation, communication, and execution of requested services.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that is public, already lawfully known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law or regulatory authority.
You agree to keep confidential our non-public technical, commercial, and operational information, including estimates, methods, recommendations, code review outputs, and internal know-how.
Public package names, hours, and pricing are indicative service frameworks. Actual scope, deliverables, and sequencing are defined by our accepted engagement terms and may be adjusted based on technical findings.
Any estimates, timelines, or effort assumptions are non-binding projections and may change due to dependencies, project complexity, or client-side delays.
Standard listed packages are intended primarily for small and medium-sized companies and projects. Large corporate, multi-team, or enterprise-scale initiatives are handled through individual scoping and custom offers.
You must provide timely access, required project information, and reasonably prompt decisions. Delays in feedback, approvals, or access may affect schedule, cost, and deliverability.
We are not responsible for delays, defects, or incidents caused by incomplete information, restricted access, third-party systems, or client-side changes.
Services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. Unless explicitly stated by us in writing, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, uninterrupted operation, or bug-free software.
You remain responsible for your own business, legal, security, and compliance decisions, including decisions made using our recommendations, audit findings, or technical deliverables.
We may require prepayment, milestone payments, or full payment before releasing final deliverables. Late or unpaid amounts may result in service suspension, delivery hold, or request termination.
We may update pricing, package structures, and scope assumptions at any time for future requests.
All pre-existing tools, templates, libraries, frameworks, methods, and know-how used in service delivery remain our exclusive property.
Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment grants you a non-exclusive right to use delivered work for your internal business purposes, while we retain the right to reuse general know-how, patterns, and non-confidential techniques.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, cklicky.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data.
Our aggregate liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount actually paid to us for the specific service giving rise to that claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless cklicky.com from claims, penalties, losses, and costs arising from your project data, instructions, systems, legal non-compliance, or third-party rights violations.
We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, third-party service failures, labor disputes, government actions, sanctions, armed conflict, natural disasters, or energy shortages.
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes related to these Terms or services shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Poland.
